1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Central Fashion Academy website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Enrollment & Fees

Course fees must be paid as per the schedule provided at the time of enrollment. Fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced, except in cases of program cancellation by CFA. We reserve the right to modify fees with adequate notice.

3. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct may result in immediate dismissal without refund. Students are expected to attend classes regularly and submit work on time.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, designs, and content provided by CFA are the intellectual property of Central Fashion Academy. Student-created works remain the property of the student; however, CFA reserves the right to use student work for promotional purposes with appropriate credit.

5. Limitation of Liability

Central Fashion Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or participation in our programs.
